Description

The application proposes 2 mixed-use buildings and 4 residential buildings ranging from 13 to 36 storeys. The proposed development is as follows: 19 and 22 storey mixed-use buildings fronting on Warden Avenue, 33 and 36 storey buildings in the middle of the site and 2, 13-storey buildings at the rear of the site.The application proposes 1,519 residential units with a mix of unit types resulting in a residential gross floor area of 120,010 square metres. The application also proposes 993 square metres of retail/commercial uses and an overall floor space index of 4.6 times. A total of 996 vehicular and 1,521 bicycle parking spaces would be provided.
