Description

Official Plan Amendment proposes to amend the City of Toronto Official Plan by re-designating the subject site from Core Employment Areas to Mixed Use Areas. The proposal is limited to a land use change and does not seek to establish any site-specific permissions for future development, including matters such as height and density. The proposed re-designation is intended to provide the opportunity for future residential/mixed-use development over the long term, as well as to provide for a wider range of non-residential uses.
